@ARHS All franchises (except the Blues?) have given an U20 player game time. In most cases (the Hurricanes being the exception) that was due to high number of players being unavailable. Highlanders: Fabian Holland; Crusaders: George Bell (scored a try on debut); Hurricanes: Riley Higgins (scored a yellow card on debut).

Has he even played for BOP yet? It will be a big step up from club rugby/U20s, particularly for a prop at scrumtime.
