Weak card. If that was given the other way around the Fern would be spitting tacks.
Yeah nah. Cards like that are dished out most weeks to other teams, it's only odd because it's the crusaders.
What was he supposed to do? Leave his hand where it was? Not sure that was physically possible.
Eh? He probably shouldn't have done a cynical foul is my take. Playing the ball on the ground when the other team are hot on attack, I know they usually get away with it, but that's a YC as sure as anything. But ok he did well to make it look accidental....they always do (and then get burnt when playing test rugby).

I don't think that was deserved. He had his hand on the ball as he made the tackle and still had his hands on the ball when he went to ground. It's a penalty, but shouldn't be a yellow.
Nope, a penalty like that, hot on attack. Cynical and yellow, correct call
I don't think it was cynical. That's the point. I think his hand was on the ball already and he just kept it there.

The last bit is why it's cynical under pressure.

It was microseconds in it, which makes it not cynical for me.

Lol bollocks, he knew what he was doing. That's why he tried it on, but got caught

@hydro11 micro seconds can be the difference between no penalty to a penalty to a yellow card to a red card.
Yeah, I know. I just don't agree with it.

May have put the mocker on Goodhue , favouring his left elbow

LOL WUT? How long does he need for a conscious decision? He's a better player than me and I've done exactly the same thing. Deliberately.

Better play from the Saders to get some go forward.

It's not conscious for me. The hand is already there. The conscious decision would be to remove the hand. However, it all happened so quickly, I don't think he had a reasonable amount of time to do it.
