Cheetahs vs Jaguares
-

Gotta have a thread for this one, not least cos it is a long awaited debut by an Argie team, but c'mon, a Jaguares vs Cheetah!

Jaguares: Joaquin Tuculet, Santiago Cordero, Matias Moroni, Jeronimo De la Fuente, Emiliano Boffelli, Nicolas Sanchez, Martin Landajo, Leonardo Senatore, Rodrigo Baez, Pablo Matera, Thomas Lavanini, Guido Petti, Ramiro Herrera, Agustin Creevy ©, Lucas Noguera. Reserves: Julian Montoya, Santiago Garcia Botta, Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro, Matias Alemanno, Facundo Isa, Gonzalo Bertranou, Santiago Gonzalez Iglesias, Matias Orlando

CHEETAHS: Clayton Blommetjies, Sergeal Petersen, Francois Venter (capt), William Small-Smith, Raymond Rhule, Fred Zeilinga, Shaun Venter, Niell Jordaan, Uzair Cassiem, Boom Prinsloo, Lood de Jager, Carl Wegner, Maks van Dyk, Torsten van Jaarsveld, Charles Marais. Reserves Jacques du Toit, Ox Nche, Luan de Bruin, Reniel Hugo, Henco Venter, Paul Schoeman, Tian Meyer, Niel Marais.

Was listening to a dude on the radio this morning, he reckons this could undermine the Pumas due to the extensive travel of the Jaguares and then coming back for more travel in TRC, hope it doesn't, but is a valid point.

Anyone else watching this?

Apart from the ref handing the Cheetahs a flyer by awarding them a penalty try and 2 YCs to the Jaguares, its not a bad game to watch.

Jaguares won't die wondering that is for sure, and just keep plugging away.

Good to see the Argies fit and ready to rumble. Creevy is like an Argie form of Coles - offloads and has a fair turn of pace. Can scrum a bit too, So far has a try-assist and a try to his name.

Be interesting to see how they progress.
-

Jaguares start with a win, which also keeps my multi alive.

New year. Cheetahs still can't play defense. Some things never change
