Johnstone is a big loss, and still no McWhannell. Finau is back after a long absence.
@bovidae lineout and scrum may struggle. No Roe either
@arhs Finau was the main lineout target when he played at the start of the NPC. Roe had his elbow strapped last week, so I assume that injury was quite serious and would impact on his passing ability. Norris needs to step up in the scrum.
Cam Stone on the whistle again? Waikato owed the win after the fuckery that went down last time.
@yeetyaah Dan Waenga.
I am in the stand with an unbelievably small group of spectators....
2 brain fades already from Waikato 🤦
Geez Finau makes a difference to Waikato pack
Shit conditions, so many knock ons already
Nah. It has fined up now
Well taken try
Cantabs slightly too slow resetting the defence
A little too many dumb chips from Waikato but other than that they look good.
On the basis of this half, I hope Romano doesn't get on the field for the Blues.
Pressure on Canterbury fuck yeah boys.
Nice try.
Cheeeeeeeahooooo
Great try from Sullivan. Come home next season, bro!
Nice footwork and gas for that try
A big difference in the lineout lifters in first half. Did not expect that. Solid v shaky.
One thing Hamish Dalzell can’t do is tackle ..
