So do the Highlanders get 2 BP for 4 tries and within 7 still?

Such a good game that it makes you wonder if they will cancel the rest of the six nations becouse they also want to watch Super rugby.

No - According to what they said here (in Japanese).

Only 1 BP available nowadays.

Blues played the better rugby for most of that game. I was impressed that they could close out the victory. It goes to show you, they can mess up the format but the quality is still there. Didn't expect to enjoy it that much.

I thought it was, my mate thought it wasn't - we weren't cheering for one side or the other in this match. One of the 50/50s.

Couldn't have hoped for a better start of the Super Rugby season. Great game from both teams.

Wow. The Landers would've won it if Parker had just kicked over what looked like a fairly easy penalty. Still wouldn't have deserved it though, as all they could do for most of the second half was tackle, gift the Blues the ball and infringe.

Good game and good win by the Blues.

Happy for Tana,

I think there will be a massive sigh of relief to start his career with a win , given the recent history with the Blues

No, for a bonus point you need to score 3 tries more than the opponent. Or lose by 7 or fewer points.

In theory, a losing team could get two bonus points, if the winner gets its score by kicking penalties.

Enjoyed that game way more than I expected - thought it would be error-strewn and cagey but both teams looked good and the pace of the game was right up there.

Gibson - what a prospect.

I'll probably post more on the game tomorrow, but Blake Gibson was head and shoulders the best player in that match. What a massive game from the kid.

It was good see the players who dominated in school rugby from not long ago starting to step up.. Goes to show how young this team is..

Fucking fuck yeah. That game couldn't have been better if a helicopter exploded.

Blues pack is looking bloody good. Up against the best backline in the competition, the Blues did well. Halfbacks looking good.

I'd like to see a replay of the build-up to the Smith's last try again. Naholo's foot looked very close to the touchline in Ranger's tackle. No mention from the commentators.

A good start to the comp.
