Great to see Ahki back, he's bloody handy - reminds me of Muliaina in 7's.

Again with the Collier? What the fucking fuck! Don't know much about Molia, Stanaway and Te Tamaki but they sound promising, so good looking squad, especially once you trim to 12 and (inshallah) Collier is gone.
-

Collier and stanaway I'm guessing will miss out -

The NZ men won their game against France at the death, 19-17. I didn't see much of the game, but what I saw during the break in Force v Crusaders wasn't impressive. I hope they play better today.

Early this morning the NZ women beat Japan 38-5 and they just narrowly beat Spain 10-5. I only saw the last NZ try in that game and it looked good, but listening to the commentators it wasn't an easy win.

The next game is the women's game against the USA, which is going to be their most difficult game (11.26am) of the day.

South Korea got towelled up by the Fijians. One of those games where everything the Islanders touched seemed to result in a score.

Yes, NZ coach shouldn't have started with all those newbies. They were terrible in the first 5 minustes of the game and had to catch up. They could have done that if the ref hadn't penalised NZ for things the Aussies got away with. The last Aussie try was scored after they were allowed a turnover that resulted from a player being offside. NZ were penalised for not rolling away if the Aussies had the ball, but in the same situation with NZ having the ball, NZ was penalised for holding on to the ball. The officiating was terrible. Based on the first half, the Aussies deserved their victory, but NZ were hard done by in the second.
-

No it was not. Learn the laws - no ruck had formed, therefore the tackler still had all rights to the ball. She was on her feet and perfectly entitled to play it as she did.
