Looks like we will play the Aussies, who look very sharp and disciplined

Geez not hard to know what our achilles heel continues to be. Looks like our opponents expect us to tap kickoffs back nicely to the nearest over running opposition player and we keep obliging.
Great performance by young NZ team nevertheless. The newbies have a bit to learn and will make a strong team when they do.
I hate to see isolated guys shown the sideline and run into touch when a centring kick would be a probable try. -

Paterson just broke a couple of Samoan ankles!
Brilliant individual run.
Paterson and Toole are freaks.

Henry Paterson was awesome. The tries and the tackle at the death in regulation time. Boy has some wheels. Best player in both the final and the semi.
Unlucky to our boys. I thought we did enough to give us a chance to win, but the Oz ball retention and discipline was good.

Hamilton now presents even more of an ideal setup, with next year a second field at neighbouring Willoughby Park to be used to host around eight to 10 matches as well, which will allow full men’s and women’s tournaments to be played across two days, with those games to also be broadcast on the stadium’s big screens, while fellow neighbouring ground Fred Jones Park will stay as a warm-up venue.
Willoughby Park is next to Gate 4, the main entrance to the Brian Perry Stand. There is no seating and the playing surface will need to be improved. The public might even be able to watch for free unless it is fenced off.

Would it be possible to fence off a walkway between both venues, so that paying spectators from the stadium can walk to the other field to watch games, and back?
I am sure the organisers will have a plan to allow for spectator movement between the main ground and Willoughby Park, but they will need to fence off some adjacent streets too. Those streets are closed for rugby games anyway.
The teams will be using nearby fields for warm-ups so that sort of system must already be in place.
