I think it is a non championship game so no points awarded.

@chris I don't get why such a poor selection by BOP. They should get a hiding. They need combinations and positions to be established. Nice photo and reward for Leroy Carter but wonder who most of the other players are...

Looks like it's going to be a bit wet and windy for this one.

It is - wet and windy.

BoP played with the wind in the first half and lead 9-0.

Probably a bit short of par since they didn't manage a try - but, not an easy day to score them.

Game you'd expect in the conditions - pretty messy - not a great spectacle.

Ta$man pick up three tries in the second half.

Parata had a very good second half and pretty much took things over with his boot. Pinned BoP back.

Ta$man scrum got on top - especially running out a couple of first-choice props.

26-9 in the end, I think.

Hotham looked good when he came on - and I've liked Chapman in his cameos all year. Nice distributor and nippy - but a little guy.

That was much closer than I expected given the experience difference. Think I saw the next All Black 10 for the first time today. Parata just oozes class. Hope to see him at super level next year. Hotham looks a tremendous prospect too. Renton and Tuungafasi made the difference in the forwards. Plenty of pluses for both teams I guess. Lasaqa and Kumeroa looked promising for BOP and Carter is a live wire.
