The NRL Season of 2016
-

Fuck you Manly. Hope you all get bed bugs tonight.

- Either SJ is injured or he was scared tonight. No running SJ = no winning Warriors

- But Leuluai looked good teaming up with Luke tonight. Once fit he needs to replace Robson and help Luke around the ruck area.

- Warriors need to show some mana in the first 20 minutes. They look scared to take it to the opposition.

- He isn't getting much time on the field but Hurrell definitely attracts the defenders. They worry about him and therefore vacate a Warrior or two.

- I was wrong about Manly - they look to be a playoff contender in 2016.

- Wright did ok on the the wing but the fact Maumalo wasn't picked means he is following RFM out the club's front doors.

- Ashyford, Robson, Lisone, Vete should be replaced with Fusitua, Leuluai, Gavet and Sao.

Team for next round:

1.RTS 2.Lolohea 3.Hurrell 4.Kata 5. Fusitua 6.Johnson 7.Robson 8.Lillyman 9.Luke 10.Matulino 11.Mannering 12.Hoffman 13.Sao

Bench: 14.Leuluai (until he is fit enough to play 80) 15.Gubb 16.Gavet 17.Lane 18th man: Maumalo
-

Almost the polar opposite of last year where they would build up big leads and then blow them in the second half. Now they're letting teams run up a few tries on them and trying to chase them from behind.
-

Don't click if you're squeamish....

that man has a vagina on his head

James Spader's spidey sense is tingling
-

Some big changes for the game against the Doggies in Wellington. Lolohea moves to stand off, Fusitua moves onto the wing, Thompson returns from injury and Ligi Sao is the 18th man although expect him to be on the bench come kick-off.

Team to face Bulldogs at the Caketin on Saturday night:

11 Bodene THOMPSON
12 Ryan HOFFMAN (c)
13 Simon MANNERING

Interchange
14 Thomas LEULUAI
15 Jacob LILLYMAN
16 Charlie GUBB
17 Konrad HURRELL
18 Ligi SAO

Bodene back is a positive to add a bit of variation to Hoffman and Mannering. I do like Lolohea as a playmaker that takes on the line. I'm quite optimistic, which usually results in the opposition winning by 10-15....

Rearranging the Rose on the floating door

Hurrell needs to play to find form. Thompson has become the heart of the team with Vatuvei so hes a huge boost. Lolohea is an exciting guy and things happen when he is busy. He could spark Johnson.

I think its really just a matter of igniting self belief and theyll be off. This could be it.

You've gone and done it now.... Doggies by at least 20 now for sure.

Besides the Worriers never win in Wellington anyway (or Auckland for that matter).
-

Hurrell won't be playing tonight - he was in the NSW Cup side today. Sao is in the Warriors' final 17.

Warriors win 24-20. Tui Lolohea my man of the match.
