Breakdown knights

Just watching Breakdown. Thought Henry Braddon and Harcourt Caughey were both knighted All Black's. Why not on the list in tonight's show?

@arhs I have actually no idea whether this matters, but after a bit of googling I notice a difference (and I haven't checked them all):

John Kirwan, Colin Meads, Michael Jones, Brian Lochore, and now Buck Shelford are "Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit".

Henry Braddon and Harcourt Caughey are "Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire".
