    Early on in the piece the TMO said direct contact to the head, so I instantly though red card.
    The last replay backed that up too.

    This is state of origin refereeing- normal rules go out the window.

    Crusaders will tire after playing with 13. Chiefs favourites now but will they seize this opportunity to take the title?

    The video ref was misleading. The primary contact was shoulder to body. Sure the arm contacted the head but sometimes you have give some perspective
