Manly are pretenders and I can't see them beating the bunnies
If the panthers beat the storm I would be astounded.

Manly won't win the comp, but in my mind they can and probably will beat the bunnies, I totally agree with your comment about Penrith

Looks like Nathan Brown has been seen talking to Ash Taylor..dont know if anything will come from it
The Warriors are in the market for someone who can play in the halves, joining Chanel Harris-Tavita and Shaun Johnson in next year’s squad. Some good news It’s looking increasingly likely Sean O’Sullivan won’t be with the Warriors next year, but by getting someone like Taylor changes the landscape, as he would be seen as someone vying for a starting spot, rather than a quality back up.
“We haven’t signed Sean O’Sullivan and we’re looking for the best option for our footy club,” George said.
“Ash hasn’t signed for anywhere next year. He’s a kid that’s got talent and we wanted to sit down and have a chat with him, understand where he’s at.
-
Taylor is decent but he's judged by his million dollar contract
He and Johnson next to each other could be very handy
For 400k each
-
@mariner4life Yeah surprised no ones picked up Ash Taylor yet. He'll be a handy pick up at the right price.

Rabbitohs team: 1. Blake Taaffe 2. Alex Johnston 3. Dane Gagai 4. Campbell Graham 5. Jaxson Paulo 6. Cody Walker 7. Adam Reynolds 8. Mark Nicholls 9. Damien Cook 10. Tevita Tatola 11. Keaon Koloamatangi 12. Jaydn Su’A 13. Cameron Murray 14. Benji Marshall 15. Jacob Host 16. Thomas Burgess 17. Jai Arrow 18. Taane Milne 19. Patrick Mago 20. Braidon Burns 21. Jed Cartwright
Not a fan of the Bunnies but I can’t stand Manly and the constant fluffing over them by certain cheerleaders. Would love to see Benji in another GF too.

So the biggest news this week is that the Tigers will continue to be a basket case for a fair while yet. In the end they didn't sack the coach for a change. But everyone must know it's a matter of time.
That club needs a rebuild, starting at the top. Then, and only then, gut the roster.
There are so many clubs in the same boat at the moment, just going absolutely no where, whose best hope to start the season is to sneak in to the 8 by only losing a couple more than they win. Governance and a plan is everything.

@mariner4life although Tim Sheens is now calling the shots supposedly, Madge will remain and be the main coach, but it appears Sheens will have more influence than even he was originally hoping too. It may help

sure, if old ideas still work
you would hope Sheens is there to help put together a competent Football department and not coach.

The problem with the Tigers starts at the board.
I mean ffs, look at it: https://www.weststigers.com.au/about/board/

@antipodean a real who’s who in there.
As in who the hell are these people???
-
Haha this is hilarious. Watching Manly get done over and the TMO not in their camp is always enjoyable. Just wish it wasn’t the Bunnies doing it.

Manly have been Dr Jekyll, Mr Hyde, and then Dr Jekyll again through these finals.
Pity I’m going to miss the should be grand final tomorrow as it’s on at 2:30pm - don’t they know it’s picnic day???

Yeah didn’t pick the right game to bring the error count against a near flawless bunny outfit. I thought Manly may have turned a corner although they still rely on turbo for everything but Souths aimed up and shut them down. Happy with result, just not one I picked. Johnny Shu’s kid is going to have a big future though

No penalty???
Refs doing their best to keep Storm in it
