Bledisloe Two: Auckland, October 18

Great Test match. Not a classic given the high error rate and the confusing inconsistency from the clown with a whistle.
-
Abs better today, actually looked like they knew what they were doing too, which is pretty good!

Seems that Hooper tackled around the neck goes unnoticed in 81st minute..would like to see that again
A few neck rolls went amiss both ways at ruck time as well.
AFG was marginally better than Williams last week in at least making a decision, but at ruck time I thought the timing of steals varied massively e.g. Savea did almost exactly the same thing at two rucks and got penalised for one and rewarded for the other.

@NTA Well the only solution to that is don’t go backwards
I'm not disagreeing, but consistency from the ref would be nice.
Your scrum has been rubbish with Laulala. The new guy made him look good
There’s been some sneaky Bill Young boring in by the Wallaby replacement loosehead...
Definitely a factor in Laulala falling on his face. Not.

@NTA Yeah if Wallabies scored there it would look a lot different.
Your comment is staying at the bottom of the thread. Must be important.
I have no control over these technologies

We do have a forward pack
-
Washup I think we need to look at the locks again. Patty T might have some fitness issues. Still think our 6 is reactive rather than proactive, possibly needs a few more years of rugby. I wanted more abrasion and opportunism.
I hope we can get Sotutu to start at 8 and a new 14.
Goodhue was rocks and diamonds-not MR SAFE at all but did have one or two dominant tackles and a sweet pass mixed up with dross. Not sure what he offers at 12. ALB and PUJ looked more exciting to me.
BB was busier I thought in first half but welcome.
So in short, the 5 positions I mentioned last week are still contentious (apart from the new starting 11-Caleb can stay thanks). -

A draw and a win. Only one draw away from locking up the Bledisloe Cup!
I think if we draw again with the Wallabies this year the internet might explode

yeah Patty not yet carryign his Superform over, hopefully just getting into his work as he was better in the 2nd 40
Frizell, really not sold on him, so hot and cold

Why don’t clock. We need a specialist. That’s a the advantage of having a specialist. It was great. BB stepped up to the plate. If you have that much talent you’ve got to be involved. WTF. Now we have to go to Oz. Hey the Ozzie are are still a work in progress. I’m still more concerned about the boM and their forward pack and England and their forward pack. That will be the measure of us.

@broughie no doubt but it needs time. Both sides rusty last week, of which we took advantage. ABs brought back the right guy - Beauden - and came with a little more intensity
Initially but I think he was silent in the second half.

assume you mean Bok? But cant play them if they are
scaredarent playing in AUs this year, nor England.
