NH test venue cities. Requires a bit of thinking.
-
yep. 14 only
Nepia I thought the Romania match was an official test. It's in Men in Black as a test that's good enough for me!

having said that I couldn't for the life of me think of Bucharest ...

I knew of the Berkley match from back in the day but couldn't remember where it was played...somewhere in California

I got stuck on Inverleith. For some reason I couldn't get past Inverell if indeed there is such a place

Thought I typed in Manchester but apparently not. Forgot a number of England venues from various RWCs.

Was 1989 v Canada in Vancouver a test?

DOES NOT CONFIRM VANCOUVER :)

I stand corrected.
I made the mistake of believing my own suspicions and wiki. I wonder if they were retrospectively awarded test status?
-
Damn it's hard to talk in riddles. I'll just add the spoiler. ..

Nepia, I don't think so. As mentioned it was in my 1983 revision of MiB. That game was only a couple years prior. Even though the policy back then was tests only for matches against IRB member nations (which generally restricted it to the 7 plus composite British Isles teams).

That changed with RWC matches being tests. Hence that match in Vancouver in 1989 that i thought was missed but wasnt which occurred after the advent of RWC.
-
Seems weird that Romania got test status back then but Argentina and Fiji didn't. IIRC the ABs only played British Columbia in 1989 not Canada?
-

All Blacks website does list that game as a test.

Nice to give you chaps something tricky for a change!
-

Another heavily geography based quiz.

Present day countries where the All Blacks have played tour games. Haven't put countries in alphabetical order as that would make it too easy.
