Would have won if Walden was on the park.
He was, keep up.

Don't try and pull me into your scuffle 😬

Aaron Smith and then Mounga up there as the best players in SRA, Sotutu would be there too if not for his injury (well he was still awesome, but an injury curtailed him)

Imagine Ioane hadn't been injured...

In my opinion ,The official Paul Williams apart from missing 1 or 2 things in the main had a very good game..he was spot on with most of his breakdown calls..
Personally I find myself agreeing with Justin Marshall, the Highlanders needed to take every opportunity afforded their way , and they didn’t at the end of day ..Aaron Smith has been sensational in this competition, and it was great to see him and Josh Ioane finding their combinations again .
Ash Dixon also has been superb also, these 2 have been like the backbone of this Highlanders team ..
One player I am actually quite pleased for is Micheal Collins, as person having met him on several occasions, he’s bloody good bugger, very approachable , personally I think he’s been sold a dummy by many coaches over the years attempting to convert him into a fullback .he was a brilliant schoolboy midfield back..how many players over the years have we seen played out of position..?, too many too think of.Great effort from the Landers, but they just came against a team that knows how to nail opportunities..Cody Taylor was superb , Richie Mounga again dangerous as ever , and I thought Sione Havilli bought a lot off the bench and more ..

Frizzel was huge, Smith tireless and ridiculous pass. Cemented a starting spot in black I'd say.
Parkinson worked all day and must have etched his name on the squad list.
Ioane simply sparkling and must be creating selection headaches.
Special mention to DHunt, back to his best and being selected to start like he should've been last year.

They love me at church now.
At Church or The Church?
Although I heard that may have stopped?

Re the foot on the line debate. As others have said, it's a Highlander foot that touched the line, not Jordan's.
-
@Kiwiwomble and yet James Parsons...(who has done a shit ton more than I ever have in rugby, but, well...)

@Yeetyaah yep all three of the loosies. Massive work on for organisation next year
Sanders has all the attributes and looked like a rock star as a kid, but he doesn't seem to have kicked on as well as he should have.
Tom Christie looks a bit small to go to the very top - too short to add too much more bulk.
Haven't looked at Whetu Douglas'stats - apart from one game where he had a great tackle count, but he's Ruebenesque at best.
Wouldn't surprise me if our best loose forward trio is:
6. Grace
7. Havili/Harmon
8. Blackadder -

No idea bro. Coming up 13 years here and never been!
Thought I saw some ads for it last year (in Clapham junction).
