@Bones thinks he can take a punch from Tyson, Lewis or Wlad better than Frans 🤦🏻‍♂️ yeah ok Bones

Oh I definitely could take a punch from anyone.

Me too. Followed by me lying on the ground, probably unconscious right?

    Only if it's not @mariner4life

Be lucky to wake up this month if it's South Africa Mong by the sounds of things though. He has ace achievements!

Wow, I never even got one kill in my fighter. ACE. Wow, standing by for exciting tales of daring do!

    Fun fact I just Googled.

The actual spelling is derring-do. But at least one report says it appears that this spelling may have come about by mis-spelling daring do.

The things you learn on the fern.

Correct spelling, and the fact that Frans Botha is the greatest sportsman who ever competed in any sport.

World cup full match All Blacks v Springboks with Brit commentary -
Noted by the Rugby Onslaught website - that during the coin toss, All Black captain Kieran Read clearly calls heads before the toss. The coin then lands on heads. Rugby referee Jerome Garces then instantly gives Springbok captain Siya Kolisi the win on the toss despite this.
Kieran Read, noticing the mistake, had to call out the French referee on his blunder, who after being seen to be caught out continued to give Kolisi the choice of sides.

First I've read about the Maori touring Russia before Covid-19 hit.

The NZ Māori may not play a game this year as a result of Covid-19, with coach Clayton McMillan revealing that a two-game tour of Russia was scrapped mid-year while ongoing border closures made it nigh on impossible to arrange other fixtures.

“The original plan was that the team was going to venture up to Russia in July, that normal test window we've been fortunate enough to play in for the past couple of years, but obviously with Covid-19 that all got canned,” McMillan told Stuff on Thursday.

    Is he really that dense?

Does he not understand the concept of revenue?

I've not been made party to the conversations, but there's no reason why the All Blacks couldn't come here stay in a hotel to self-isolate and play five and six test matches across the autumn."

Fucking great idea, I agree, as long as
    A. they can guarantee crowds
    B. they share revenue 50-50.

We'd actually end up financially better off than we would with 3 games against Wales at home!

    But really. What a knob

This article contradicts what has been reported in the NZ media.

Queensland, Sydney and Perth are set to battle it out for hosting rights to the opening Bledisloe Cup test under dual contingencies being worked up by Rugby Australia.

Melbourne was due to host the first test on October 10 at Marvel Stadium, with Suncorp lined up for the second on October 17.

Ian Foster reveals the game the All Blacks wanted to play instead of the North v South match

Ian Foster reveals the game the All Blacks wanted to play instead of the North v South match

Head coach Ian Foster has revealed multiple teams turned down invitations to take on the All Blacks.

The All Blacks’ first match of the year, against a Moana Pacific side at Mt Smart Stadium on October 3, is expected to be confirmed next week, but Foster divulged they had hoped to schedule an official test in the window between the end of Super Rugby Aotearoa and the start of the Mitre 10 Cup – only for nations to turn down their approaches.

Increasingly looks like no All Blacks tests until July 2021 at best.

On top of the FOUR international games that most of the 6 Nations teams have already played in 2020. They will play NINE more international games before then. This is a self-imposed exile from international Rugby.

You can't blame the sponsors if their money drifts away to teams that actually play.

The 8 Nations tournament in November. Four tests.

The 6 Nations tournament in February/March 2021. Five tests.

Meanwhile, NO ALL BLACKS tests are scheduled.

Then touring Oz in July 2021.

    I'll put this in here.

Welcome to the Warriors' and Phoenix's world...

    A couple of important points:

RA is open to welcoming families into the Australian team's inner sanctum during camps for two possible Bledisloe weeks. Tests are likely on October 10 and 17, and there is also a proposed eight-week tour of New Zealand where the Wallabies, All Blacks, Springboks and Pumas will form a bubble and play six games in six weeks.

The first game in New Zealand is pencilled in on November 7 and the last on December 12. The later date could prove problematic for players as they may still be in quarantine on Christmas Day when they return to Australia.

RA hopes to confirm Bledisloe fixtures by the end of next week.

This means there would be no way the ABs would be playing Moana Pacific on Oct 3 if they are playing in Aust the following Sat.
