Want the scots to win for obvious reasons ,

But I would much rather support Japan , and not just because of the dramas,

Japan have been one of the few highlights of pool play so far for me , have enjoyed their approach to the game

If it's really wet then that will favour the Scots who will be doing everything they can to slow the game down

The scots might need to score four tries though so a wet outfield might not be so helpful.

    Won't be raining. Cyclone's gone.

Will be a beautiful day weatherwise. Prob ably quite humid though.

It'll just be what damage lingers. Damage to stadium, damage to surrounding infrastructure, whether the flooding around the stadium prevents it's use etc.

Seriously after this I hope Scottish rugby whithers up completely, this sort of whining surpasses even the Irish .

We havent had confirmation from here yet, they were inspecting the facilities.

The Tsurumi river is back to orange (2nd of three stages) so shouldnโ€™t need to be let out over the flood plains around the stadium, which is a good sign.

Most private (ie, not JR) trains are also running and JR will start later.

My bet is that itโ€™s on, but if they have something badly damaged at the stadium, then....

World rugby have announced that their contingency plan for the Japan Scotland game was to move the game 500 miles north to another stadium.
However Typhoon hagibis is over 600miles in diameter.

Scottish Rugby have just announced that they would walk 500 more....

Decision on whether match would go ahead was meant to made at midnight Scottish time. Decision now pushed back until 2.30-3am. (60-90 mins from now)

Lots of Scots fans losing sleep - literally.

According to NHK the decision was meant to happen at 9am (JST) so they should announce momentarily.

You mean start to announce and then stop again?
