Yeah, no problems with Barnes checking before redding.
Still no idea how both didn't go.
Yeah totally agree on both counts

SA may be well ahead and win this game, but I can't say they've been convincing. It's just too messy.
Not exactly unlocking the defence. Kicking with good effect.

How did Kolbe get away with that?
The high tackle?

Yep. That put the Italian in to touch

Both should have gone
17 looks the more guilty party than 1. No idea why Wayno had to consult the others refs, it happened right in front of him after the whistle at a range of about 2m. Then he only got half the decision right. Clown.
Huh? Wouldn't you wanna check you're getting it right with something like that? I know I would. Sometimes others or the camera see something different...
Yeah, I guess. But then he still made a hash of it, with zero sanction to #17.
-
Happy with that.
Hardly champagne rugby but the Boks did what they needed to do. And convincingly.
Pity about the uncontested scrums. -

Kolbe would be a big loss. Silly to keep him on so long and silly for him to not pass earlier.
6-2 replacement split. No-one to replace him left on the bench.
Hope he's ok. He was a star. -

Can someone remind me how they ended up with uncontested scrums? There were two props (1 and 17) until the red card. I had no sound at the time, so missed the explanation.
Both their TH's got dinged.
-
@Billy-Webb So you need one LH and one TH to have contested scrums? Two LH's isn't enough (one playing out of position)?
