@bovidae be pretty gutting for him missing AB caps (and the Blues SRTT Win) to sit in the stands most of the olympics, but I guess he knew this was a possibility?

Feel sorry for Warbrick especially plus Nicole and Rokolisoa. ENS Dickson and Molia a bit fortunate based on what I have seen. Pleased for Baker to get the chance this time. Caleb Clarke must have been close but he seemed a bit slow on the turn and chase as a defender. We do seem short on express pace in the backs.

He's not been great this year, and wasn't impressive in the recent games. Then again, the mens's team looked crap Vs Fiji in total

Well hidden though. Design over function.

I liked the look of Warbrick, quick and has size. Molia, ENS and Baker are very lucky. You just know the latter will lose a game at some stage.

@bovidae She's had a horror run of injuries. Good on her for not giving up and continuing to fight for her dream.

@stargazer In hindsight it’s too bad Eddie Nikita didn’t know he wasn’t going to make it his sleeve would’ve been awesome in Tokyo.

    Those times Gazer: they NZT?

https://olympics.com/tokyo-2020/olympic-games/en/results/rugby-sevens/olympic-schedule-and-results.htm states times are venue local time.

First match 10am Japan time, second 17:30 according to that.

For those that keep asking about times etc I can recommend the NZ Team' app for your phone.

When you go to the "Events' tab it not only shows the who and when in NZ time for each day, it continually refreshes with results so you can see at a glance how someone did.

It is actually quite a clean and useful little app.

Yes, NZ times. If you click on the link under the picture, you get Japanese times, hence my comment "NZT = Tokyo + 3 hours".

Ah. I thought you were suggesting we needed to adjust by 3 hours.

Oh shit, they just showed some of the rugby refs for the Olympic sevens. Damon Murphy is one of them! Expect major f*ck-ups! 😨
