I’m pretty sure the leak last time came from journos staking out the airport to see what players were flying in. I wonder how many are at Auckland airport tonight/tomorrow morning

There will be no players present at the team naming this time around specifically to prevent the stake-outs of 2015.

In fact, Kieran Read aside, none of the squad officially know they are in the squad until they hear their names read out at midday along with the rest of the country.

Putting 2 and 2 together, I reckon we can pencil Reads name into the 31.

I have an irrational excitement is for Big Karl to make the team and I have no idea why I want him in the team so much after that last performance we put on the park.

I am just going to be disappointed if Franks makes the team while he sits home

It's not on Sky. Maybe the 12 pm TV1 news will show it?

Probably. I don't think Spark has exclusive rights for another few weeks yet
