Brainless shit.
Ouch. How much was Coleman in Arnold out a factor? Scrum depowered, and ruck cleanouts much less effective. Former is enthusiastic but another Coles man?
I don't think the scrum was much more than getting outsmarted. Coleman's idiocy at lineout surrendered some early territory.
The ruck work was pretty much everyone. Back to the past.
What do you make of Ofa at LH? He looked OK to me today against Tupou.

Great performance, especially keeping Australia to nil. Coming of Age for Patrick T, Mo'unga, Bridge and Reece. Ardie Savea awesome as ever. Kieran Read and SBW not bad at all for old men, signature games in the Black Jersey from them both.
The powder is no longer dry.
Australia unable to lift themselves to hit such high standards two weeks in a row. They remain dangerous and there are other quality sides out there who will be a threat on their day.

I think the work from the second row made everything look better. I wasn't really paying attention to the replacement of Moody tbh. It seemed after a couple of decisions Jaco was just happy to let the scrums turn into a mess in the second half

Fair enough. Don't think Oz TH lock was supporting Tupou that well.

First game in a long time where certain guys needed to stand up and they all did. Sevu and Bridge surely have played there way into the starting lineup , Ioane and Smith played their way out. I honestly think Reiko is in danger of not going to the World Cup, right now I would not trust him in a big game. Would think Franks in some danger too, but I would still trust Bender in case of injuries though Jordie definitely put his hand up for that role. Finally twin pivots and dual openside loonies seem to have gelled , throw in Aaron Smith kicking well again and Future looks good.

That was a mile forward
Was tha the one Krusty went off at? Jeeze he is Mickey Mouse huh?
Peyper had some issues with forward passes. Missed a whole heap.

An over-complicated mess.
Lineout? ABs over complicated a couole of lineouts the had no need to.

@Higgins said in Bledisloe #2:
What a blantant taking out of black 9 by yellow 3 miles behind the ABs hindmost foot.
No YC for that. Where was Jonkers?

Nice dive White. Plant the seed
Farking soccer bullshit wasn't it?

@Donsteppa said in Bledisloe #2:
Thank goodness for that!!!!
Interesting reading the thread. Up tp this point - the Mo'unga try - it's pretty much been the worst performance since 1991 (we did win that game @Donsteppa ).
Inept, disorganised, outplayed, not fired up.
In contrast, personally at that stage I felt we were looking good just hadn't scored enough points.
I look forward to seeing if the mood changes through the rest of the thread.

Aussies are taking All Blacks out further away from the ball than that.
Shit, shit call. No way that’s a yellow.
You nearly had an upvote fir the first para. Lost it for the second. Definite yellow.
-
It was only the Wallabies. Much tougher tests to come yet.
-
Interesting comments by Hansen on coles , reading between the lines,I’m guessing there was a premeditated plan to Make life difficult for the halfback, but he took it too far . And he will deal with it behind closed doors.

That was my thoughts too, Aussies should’ve been penalised a few times for doing it, but they weren’t as blatantly stupid about it .

Coles has been a bit dumb discipline-wise, but I gotta admit he's had fire in his belly, iron in his blood and ice in his eyes these last two games.
Been good to see.

Sonny has been quietly excellent. All round improvement in effort and the accuracy is coming along. The BeaMo double pivot experiment is looking good, Cane and Ardie are looking much better because of greater effort up front. Bridge is mustard and Reece is playing well
First bold. Are you allowed to say that? I thought the rules were no matter whst he does he is a money grubbing lazy useless fluffybunny.
Second bold. Please explain? Does that mean good?

Did we miss that? I took a piss based on assumption
Not bad, but far from great. Not creating much, but better defensive sting, and some great pressure from Smiths kicking.
Bloody Crusaders. Should've let Beaudy kick it.
