Does Woakes usually bowl seven overs at the start?

Seems likely to me that Morgan went fishing for a wicket and didn't get it.

Wood looks menacing especially with that pace and swing lets hope he doesn’t get his length right ..!

@canefan Kane has 5 off 28. He's missing out on pretty much everything. After the superb way he has batted to date, this is weird.

I reckon anything over 260 will be a par score ,anything in excess of that will be bonus..!

I know it was a phenomenal win given we defended 239, but there is no doubt that our bowlers were able to take advantage of bowling in the morning conditions. Pretty unique that, so I’m not sure the commentators can take too much from that when it comes to comparing what might be defendable.

While people are worrying about Kane, Nicholls is quietly picking up his pace.

Nicholls was 10 off 30 balls. He's now 27 of 43 balls. 17 off his last 13 faced.

    Have a little patience everyone.

Remember when 50 off the first 15 overs was massive?

    4rpo after 15 ...

Back in the 80s this is Haynes/Greenidge/Lloyd material

He'll ramp it up. Nichols is starting to score a bit quicker too.

He normally bowls 5 or 6 and doesn't come back until very late. Sometimes doesn't bowl 10.

    Wickets in hand is important!

It's a World Cup final - nerves will play a big part - if we keep wickets in hand, we should be a lot less nervous in the last 20 overs.
