Plenty of fiction usually in Blues threads but now we have pulp fiction.
All I want to hear from your ass is, 'you ain't got no problem, Jules. Get back in there, chill them n-bombs out, and wait for Leon, who will be arriving shortly'

MacDonald has a full squad to launch preparations on Monday in a heavily safety-oriented environment at Blues HQ. Caleb Clarke is back on board from the sevens squad (which is in hiatus) and props Karl Tu’inukuafe and Alex Hodgman have both used the lockdown period to mend torn calf muscles.

@Hooroo I think it's fair to say he won't be in as good of a shape as Beaudie - who apparently broke his own PB and Blues club record for the Bronco fitness test today.
That's fantastic. I do realise they would have all been given criteria to meet each week while in lockdown but it's not easy to train out of a regimented regime.
That is pretty impressive.

Apparently, 8 backs broke their own PBs.

i love that it doesn't matter what level you play, everyone rocks up to a preseason fitness test with the exact same look on their faces.

4mins 12secs
that is rapid!
That must be close to the AB record too?
There was an article last year that showed the Crusaders results. Bryn Hall was fastest with 4.27 and the Crusaders all time record was 4:23 (Andy Ellis)

@taniwharugby is it shuttles with cones at 10, 20, 40, done five times?
