EPL 19/20

Has anyone signed up with Spark Sports for the EPL? I'm trying to work out what to do. My TV is smart-ish? Has Netflix and other apps built in, but I reckon it's a reasonably early version. I assume I can have my TV go to the website or maybe download an app to watch? The tv doesn't have USB ports that I can see, so chromecast is out. Discuss please

So I bought a chromecast ultra unit, going to plug it into the TV tonight. Hopefully I can work it out, apparently it is easy enough. I've installed the Google home app onto my phone to drive the chromecast thingy. I will get a free 7 day trial of spark sport in time for the first round this weekend

I've read on another forum that Spark Sport has admitted to reducing their frame rate from 50/60 fps down to 25/30 fps and many aren't happy, because that has compromised the picture quality in fast-motion sport. Tell us what you think of the football pictures compared to Sky.
I only have the RWC package and have only checked it once after installing to ensure that everything worked.

I have never rated Luiz, but he seems to want out of Chelski. Arsenal need to improve the central defence and signing a player who wants to be an attacking midfielder isn't going to do that.
Getting £30 million for Iwobi from Everton would be good business to me, so I am surprised that deal didn't go through. We need to sell to buy.

@Hooroo That move for Tierney was flagged a couple of months ago so obviously with the deadline imminent, things have progressed.
FYI as I just discovered it the other day - the EPL transfer window closes this weekend and not at the end of August. The rest of Europe closes at the end of August.

I read today it closes at Midnight Thursday UK time for EPL teams?

Window closed. Big business done in North London
So, the battle for 2nd-4th should be pretty interesting this year. Spurs were already good, and should be better. Arsenal will definitely be better. If Fat Frank can get Chelsea up and about, and Man U are better than everyone expects, it could be brutal.
I'm expecting Liverpool to do well, but nowhere near last year, which was a ridiculous season really. 97 points and no title? Get fucked.

If Chelsea, Man U and us ARE in fact better then it bodes well for the mickey mousers as it's more likely City will drop more points to those previously mentioned teams.

Players can still be bought by Spanish, German and Italian clubs for a few more weeks so the likes of Pogba might end up at Real Madrid. The English clubs will be reluctant to sell, even for ridiculous money, as they can't bring in a replacement until January. But if a big star does move that could change the prospects of that club.
Man City haven't necessarily gotten any better but they haven't got worse.

Umm, no title?
Only the biggest in Europe!
I reckon the fans would have taken that at the start of the season.
