Hey Hooroo, yeah, dunno - he's a bit of a woman when it comes to that. but a nice guy all the same. It's just the post comp low after the rush of comp day and the carb loading and then eating other shitty sugar filled foods (13 days), and then the plummet down. I expect I'll see him on stage in 2 weeks time at INBA! And fingers crossed I can give him another post comp blues session!!

Sooo, old mans knee kicking in big time, but nothing that a bit of diclofinax won't fix! Just annoying really, but what can you expect, dony gets punished and rebels!

shoulders and triceps today, so flagged the clean and press in case knee decided to give out halfway through a press and I end up in a heap on the floor with barbells and weights cascading on me. Other than that did not have to adjust workout, and knee feeling much better than it did this moring on waking! Have not had any diclo yet, will see how the knee goes through the day, and then dose up tonight before tomorrows leg workout!

Weight stagnated at 86 - thank fark that I am not wieght restricted for this INBA competition, as I would be stuffed. mind you, if it had been weight restricted, Tarren would have taken off more food etc to get me down - have faith oh doubting brain!

Ness was going to do the happy face, but forgot. Next time!

Legs today, limited weight to kep 'old mans knee' at bay, and no lunges, swiss ball squats instead (against the wall). Knee back to normal this morning, but still went easy, go to be able to do the cardio, that is the important part at the moment with comp 10 days out.

Carb deplete starts tomorrow. Hoo-rah.

    Is comp next weekend Bart?
Waxing seems quite early if so. You gonna have some belly stubble come show time? <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mocking.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':mocking:' />

waxing does not leave stubble! hair grows back slighter each time in fact. But ten days out is usually too many, but first wax of the season is often brutal so you need time for the body to recover!

Carbs? We don't need no stinking carbs. (© Ren and Stimpy).

Day 1, carb deplete. Only carbs 200g kumara with my breakfast egg whites and beans, and 100g with lunch. Miss my rolled oats already!

Spin today, farking cold. Thought we were cycling to Scott Base. Both me and Ness tired as buggery, but was a good cardio session, being in a class helps - 13 I think this morning, good numbers for little ole Whanga.

    Warmer today - phew!

Back and traps. Good session, with a few rounds of posing to finish - amazing what you can see once the body hair starts to come off!!

Deadlifts were hardcase today, could feels my abs more than anything through the 3 sets of 6!

Good workout, up to 180 on shrugs, but think that is the limit at the moment, felt a little heavy, 170s felt much better.

What do you do your shrugs on Bart? An olympic bar, massive DBs or some other device?
