not that I would accuse ANYONE of being on the juice, it's preety obvious, both amle and female who is using illegal help. As opposed to those who use everything possible on the legal side of the supplement range. But that is all for another day!

Speaking of another day - today, legs, yesterday, chest. So today, chest sore, tomorrow, legs sore. Althhgouh thanks to the stair climbing, my legs are pretty rooted already. Going to be interesting to see if all this stair and hill work makes any difference to my pins once they are lean.

Added in the final punishment last night too the start of the 20 minute cardio before bed. Oh the joys of being a bodybuilder...

In the Sydney Morning Herald today
Seizures of illegal performance and body-building drugs have doubled to the highest level on record, according to new crime statistics.
Australian Crime Commission (ACC) data shows the number of performance drugs interceptions at the Australian border rose from 2695 in 2009-10 to 5561 during the past financial year.

"Performance and image enhancing drugs constitute the majority of detections at the Australian border ... and are now the highest on record," the report said.
Anabolic and androgenic steroids, used to grow muscle mass, are banned in Australia but are likely to have been imported from the European Union, Thailand and South-West Asia where they are legal.

"The internet has facilitated access to these distributors and the delivery of these products globally," the report said. Illicit party drugs are also being seized in larger numbers, with cases of ecstasy finds jumping by 111 per cent in 2010-11 to a three-year high. More heroin is also flowing into Australia, with a 241 per cent weight increase in 2010-11 blamed on smugglers bringing in more drugs by boat from South West and South East Asia.

While heroin use among Australians is declining, the number of seizures rose by 7.5 per cent, marking the highest in a decade. Interceptions of tryptamine, a class of hallucinogenic drugs, rose by 53 per cent in 2010-11 to a decade high, with LSD and magic mushrooms the most commonly encountered. Magic mushrooms were sourced from the Netherlands, Austria and the US, the report said.

Demand for sleeping drugs also rose, with illicit pharmaceutical drug detections jumping by 107 per cent in 2010-11.

Benzodiazepine-based sedatives made up the bulk of seizures.
Home Affairs Minister Jason Clare, ACC chief executive John Lawler and Australian Federal Police Commissioner Tony Negus are launching the report in Sydney on Thursday.
well, another drug free workout today!! Or is coffee a drug, hmmm. I digress.

Back workout today, good day at the office, until jamming little finger on the dumbell rack while replacing the dbs. lvoerly blood blister and finger dead for an hour, now at least I can feel it, but wish I couldn't!!

Despite the above, a good day at the office - posing afterwards, striations appearing in my quads, Sunday is two weeks out from competition. Weight 85.4 this morning. Certainly glad I don't have to get down to 80.5 for this comp! Think Tarren doing this right on the money - by July 28 I should be down to fighting weight. Be interesting to see what bodyfat will be then, my lean body mass is still above my minimum weight for NABBA.

Cardio today, stairs in the rain, and the sun, and the rain, and the sun, all in 40 minutes.

Started into my routine last night while Ness was at her dance class. Sorted, now just need to polish transitions etc. It's good to be a guy, not having to put all the dancy moves in like the chicks do. Number of the Beast getting rolled out, with the bells from AC / DC thunderstruck over the top of Mr Price speaking at the start of the beast song.

that, is all!

Why did that guy have a skitz on facebook saying he was going to quit etc? Did he get the shaft in a competition?

Hey Hooroo, yeah, dunno - he's a bit of a woman when it comes to that. but a nice guy all the same. It's just the post comp low after the rush of comp day and the carb loading and then eating other shitty sugar filled foods (13 days), and then the plummet down. I expect I'll see him on stage in 2 weeks time at INBA! And fingers crossed I can give him another post comp blues session!!

Sooo, old mans knee kicking in big time, but nothing that a bit of diclofinax won't fix! Just annoying really, but what can you expect, dony gets punished and rebels!

shoulders and triceps today, so flagged the clean and press in case knee decided to give out halfway through a press and I end up in a heap on the floor with barbells and weights cascading on me. Other than that did not have to adjust workout, and knee feeling much better than it did this moring on waking! Have not had any diclo yet, will see how the knee goes through the day, and then dose up tonight before tomorrows leg workout!

Weight stagnated at 86 - thank fark that I am not wieght restricted for this INBA competition, as I would be stuffed. mind you, if it had been weight restricted, Tarren would have taken off more food etc to get me down - have faith oh doubting brain!

Ness was going to do the happy face, but forgot. Next time!

Legs today, limited weight to kep 'old mans knee' at bay, and no lunges, swiss ball squats instead (against the wall). Knee back to normal this morning, but still went easy, go to be able to do the cardio, that is the important part at the moment with comp 10 days out.

Carb deplete starts tomorrow. Hoo-rah.

    Is comp next weekend Bart?

Waxing seems quite early if so. You gonna have some belly stubble come show time? <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mocking.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':mocking:' />

waxing does not leave stubble! hair grows back slighter each time in fact. But ten days out is usually too many, but first wax of the season is often brutal so you need time for the body to recover!

Carbs? We don't need no stinking carbs. (© Ren and Stimpy).

Day 1, carb deplete. Only carbs 200g kumara with my breakfast egg whites and beans, and 100g with lunch. Miss my rolled oats already!

Spin today, farking cold. Thought we were cycling to Scott Base. Both me and Ness tired as buggery, but was a good cardio session, being in a class helps - 13 I think this morning, good numbers for little ole Whanga.
Back and traps. Good session, with a few rounds of posing to finish - amazing what you can see once the body hair starts to come off!!

Deadlifts were hardcase today, could feels my abs more than anything through the 3 sets of 6!

Good workout, up to 180 on shrugs, but think that is the limit at the moment, felt a little heavy, 170s felt much better.

What do you do your shrugs on Bart? An olympic bar, massive DBs or some other device?
