TBF, most of the criticism Anscombe got in NZ was due to him playing more like a NH type 10 so he has found the right place to be.
His skills were always ok, he just stood too deep and didn't take on the line enough for us.
And it gives us a reason for banter with the Wales fans. The great producer of flyhalves reduced to importing players that couldn't cut it with the big boys....

The only game I watched live this morning. A well-deserved win although the Welsh scrum was under pressure when the reserve props came on.
I thought Marx was fortunate with some of his ruck penalties as often he isn't supporting his own weight and not actually going for the ball.

We didn't beat NZ and run them close in the same century, let alone the same season
