They're talking up SBW in the post-match
Ten runs, 28m, one defender beaten, and no clean breaks. Five tackles made, three missed, and three bloody turn overs conceded (dropped ball all three, I think), NZ only conceded 7 so he had a lions share
Crotty ran two entire metres, made three and missed one tackle. So you could talk SBW up vs him, maybe. Oh SBW six offloads too
Utter shit when you look at bender and beaudy.

Well, it was a unique experience watching the game via Skype. Couldn't watch the game here, so skyped my brother-in-law in NZ and via his webcam and a mic I could still see what was happening and hear what was said, although not always clearly. Some buffering, sometimes some delay, but it went surprisingly well.

So, better quality than skygo then?
-
@stargazer Technically you could get it to work. But I think anything is better than watching via SkyGo. Was watching Auckland vs Canterbury on it and it stopped every 5 minutes, and repeated itself every 30 seconds, while running at 144p. This game was a bit better though.

You're obviously well on the way to becoming a fully-qualified French Ref then....
-
@victor-meldrew Haha! I just have to polish my French then!

After all the Aussie whinging about the supposed Aaron Smith obstruction leading up to Ben Smith's try, I rewatched the incident. I think Aaron Smith was entitled to change his line as he made no contact with the opposition player. It was Korobete I think who eventually ran into him. Has anyone else had a chance to watch it again? Thoughts?

I don't think he changed his line. He ran straight and the Aussie chaser was angling across so they collided. I thought nothing in it.

@akan004 From what I saw he runs in support, originally slightly ahead, but then he's a halfback that's going to be done for pace. The clash came after he was behind the ball carrier, still running in support. From the angle I saw he doesn't look to take out defenders rather than stay in support.

I felt he changed his line ever so slightly but my understanding is since he did it without shouldering or making contact with the opposition player, it should be ok.

Exactly, he didn't take out any defenders, they ran into him. Play on.

(DMAC) was anonymous, ran all of 12m.
Apart from the try-saving tackles on Folau (?) and Beale after the Wobbles sliced thru our midfield for the umpteenth time.
He was way better than Crotty & SBW.

This!
I was so impressed with some of his cover tackling. Fuck me, the midfield looked like Swiss cheese at times.

Honestly living in Australia you really get fed up with the ex-private school boys (who are all Liberal Party voters) who make excuses for their shithouse team blaming the ABs’ dominance on some clandestine conspiracy by referees. Kearns is the worst of them.
Fuck they wete pathetic tonight, real whinging, finger pointing victim mentality.
When Simmons was held up over the try line on the first half, Kafer ( who used to be one of the best but is now just a narc), was calling for the TMO for DMac contact with the head!
But the game
As for that scrum on the 22 for Australia on their " we gotta score next" comeback bid, the goto move is a static backline and a hail Mary kick to God's favourite??!That's all you got in your fucken notebooks?
Fuck off Australian rugby, come back when you're not so fucking soft!!
