@stargazer thanks and damn.
Worried about Brodie. Can do your shoulder easily the way you land on it - break a chip of bone off. He's critical to us, we'll really miss him.
Stoked for Patty T though - he's come back strong it looks after a tough couple of years wtih false drugs positives and injuries
-
@nzzp Yeah, bad news about Brodie. Really unlucky, too, after his injuries during the Steinlager Series. But fortunately, Scott Barrett has improved a lot this year, as we've seen during the French tests and also last night. Watching Pat T a few days ago, he'll be able to provide good cover if he gets game time (depends on how they're going to use Hemopo).
-
You'd think Hemopo, he was picked first. Could cover 6 at a pinch too.
Stoked for Patty T though.

CAn someone explain to me the shiny strip at the bottom of the AB's shirt? I notice not all AB's have it and wonder what the pros and cons of it are?
In this article you see Naholo with the strip and Read without

@hooroo That's the go-fast stripe.
Seems to work well...

NMS's shirt didn't have it.

Can anyone confirm Hemopos height? @Canes4life does your expertise extend to non Hurricanes? He looks a bit sawn off to me particularly against the Boks.

His shirt could be covered completely in that strip and it wouldn’t make any difference

I've heard rumours that Caleb Ralph tweeted how slow he was

We're a cruel sporting nation. It builds character in our athletes.

Pretty sure Hansen has said that they see Hemepo as primarily a 6 -though he was presumably also covering lock in his one test to date.
According to ABs.com Hemepo is just 1.94 m - so apparently a centimetre shorter than Frizell.
Interesting to see Tuipolotu called up ahead of Romano - who apparently has been in great form for Canterbury.
Wonder how much their respective ages have to do with that. PT still just 25, but Romano 32.
In any case - probably not the news Romano wanted to read.
