    Ive worked out that Keiths scales are on the light side after comparing them with a coule of old fashioned ones at the chemist that you have to put 5 cents into.<br />
    <br />
    So Im still just in the 100 club, 101.5 actually and have still managed to lose 10 kilos in the last ten weeks.  Im hoping to lose an extra 2 kilos by May 21 (Day 84 of BFL), which will mean I have lost a kilo a week for 12 weeks and should have me hitting the scales at about 99.5.<br />

    Im more concerened about the bodyfat.  Reckon I will end up at about 17% but want to reduce it to 13% I have been reading that the bodyfat range for athletes is between 7 and 13.  Have never been called an athlete before so I thought its worth a crack!<br />
    <br />
    So the goal for the next 12 weeks is not to drop too much more weight but keep burning fat, plus tyring to play abit of footy.  Will keep upthe cardio, lift heavier weights and eat more protein. If the neck behaves itself will also shift to hooker, no more tighthead for me.

    Now only seven BFL days to go.  I finish my first BFL on May 21.  Cant wait to get new bodyfat and measurements tests to find out how much I have lost. <br />

    Awesome.  Most intense session yet.<br />
    <br />
    BFL officially finishes tomorow on the Sunday (rest day).  Would recommend it to anybody who wants to change their physique.  Have made habit forming lifestyle adjustments with awesome results.  I have lost over 11 kilos in the last 83 days, dropped about 8% bodyfat and gained lean muscle mass.  Will have my bodyfat and exact stats tested on Wednesday.<br />

    Thanks Weka, this BFL has actually got me back on the straight and narrow.  Went to the gym this morning before work.  Will continue to do so until Wednesday when I get tested.  The I will continue to do the cardio 3X per week and change the weights to bigger heavier ones!<br />

    Mate be really keen to see your before and after shots, I saw my before shots last week, fark I didn't realize what a complete fat barstard I was b4 this, and cause you see yourself everyday you don't really realize how much fat you have dropped aye....

    Yeah I will post them once I work out how to do so.  I couldnt get over how big my guts wre when I compared the before and after.  I didnt feel that out of shape at the time.  I feel great now though, although after seeing what is possible in 12 weeks I now have set new goals to achieve in the next 12.
