Hurricanes v Reds

If Lam wants to play test footy then he needs to sort out his ball security.
-
if the selectors were leaving it to the last minute on deciding to select him or not, those 2 casual drops wont have helped.
-
Proctor ok after that tackle?
-
@donsteppa also helps not dropping it...
thought Jordie blew a try by not passing outside early on

@canefan haha not straight lineout, then forward pass, all right in front of the ref.
Paying Ozzie back from last week

24-20 at the break...after starting well, canes seemed to relax and then the Reds actually took the lead.
Tighten up a bit and they will run away with it.

I reckon he needed to play his way in - that's not going to do it.
Having a good look at Matt Proctor size-wise. I reckon he's a similar size to Beauden and TJ - probably shorter than both, similar build. He's way smaller than Umaga-Jensen. Reason right there why he'll struggle to make the ABs.

I'm not watching, but reading this it seems like one of those weeks where a team is slightly 'off' in focus. It is understandable and probably desirable (as long as you still bank the points) during a season when you can't be expected to be 'on' for every game.

There's a few Wallaby players in decent form this year - Genia, Folau, Beale, Kerevi. They don't have a 10 and their forwards will suck ass, but those blokes should be able to put on a try or two (realise I'm grasping a bit here now that I actually type this).

how did Proctor not score there!
