Really dubious from the referee. It's not a maul until a team mate of the ball carrier joins. The ref ordered an NZ player to join.

Awesome..!,if you have asked me at the beginning of the day on our chances of both teams,I would have said our ladies were about a 95% chance and our men with this squad,maybe 65% or 70%..great double..!

Gee Fiji were utter shit. Good for us for them to bring that in the gold medal game.

Not a big fan of 7s, particularly without the top players, but I enjoyed that.
