An 11 am start today and tomorrow and then at 10:30 am from Sunday once DLS kicks in.

TV from 10:30. Play at 11. Except - from Sunday onwards - when it will be TV from 10 play at 10:30 (daylight saving). Not sure why it changes by 1/2 hour when we change clocks by an hour - but that seems to be what they are doing.

Very very poor challenge. Always going miles over.
Not sure I agree with bowling first. Unless the pitch is a shocker you should always be looking to bat so that you avoid batting last.
