Gaze has had some bad luck with mechanical issues in past races like Rio so there must have been some frustration there that he thought it was happening again. But given he did so well to get back and win the gold he should have been kept his mouth shut and taken the kudos.

Black Sticks men up 2-0 over India after the first quarter.
