Yeah, I kind of get that. Like someone who drinks occasionally - they're not hard core, but not smashing DB every night. Also very open to buying fake meat.
I reckon fake meat is going to start making a big impact. I'm a keen smoker of meat and bbqer, but we have tried the Sunfed Farms fake chicken. It is surprisingly authentic - browns in oil, has 'bite' and is basically a genuine chicken alternative in a curry. Right now it's more expensive than chicken, but scale that shit and when it costs half what real chicken costs, watch people make the switch. If they start carbon taxes, then it's even more competitive....

Fake meat is not meat, no matter how good it is when you can eat meat there is no point. I have a mate who always tries to get me to go to a fake meat burger place. Why would I do that when there are so many real meat burger places?
