Blues v Reds

@African-Monkey And to demonstrate what a waste of space Robinson is, she didn't even know who the Reds captain was. When speaking to Quade at HT she said it was Kuridrani who had left the field not Kerevi.
-
@Rancid-Schnitzel it's a great thread. Full of posters getting pissed off at the Blues and then getting even more pissed off at TJ because he was being a big meany to the Blues.
-
@Crazy-Horse I don't really notice his bias, just more he is a King douche who says dumb shit!
-
@taniwharugby I don't notice it either and I am listening out for it. I do sense he gets frustrated with the Blues, but who doesn't?

You'll be stunned to know that this loss officially ends the Reds' chances of the playoffs. Yes, they were 3-9 going into the game but were still able to catch the brumbies at that point.
Yep, being the winner of the Australian conference is like being the smartest kid in the 'special' class.

I was at the pub without commentary - it was a definite upgrade than having to listen to TJ.
Kara Pryor was great - he might have played his way into the Maori All Blacks squad and perhaps even the 7 jersey. Off the top of my head there arent a heap of other options with his brother and Shane Christie injured?
While it was ropey at times that gametime and experience has to be valuable for the youngsters in that Blues team.
Last week Collins throws the ball out of play attempting an offload that ends the game with the Blues attempting to win. This week Nanai sets up the winning try with a strong 50 metre run (and no offload).

Something i forgot to mention was the Ranger non try was probably a bit tough too. Similar to the Duffy one a few weeks back. Especially given both were onfield tries.
My reasoning being that when a ball is tilted as they were in both those examples the lowest point, and therefore the first to touch a blade of grass, is closer to "infield" point of the ball. Problem is they are going off a frame where the ball has been down for long enough that more of the ball is down and part of it has touched the line.
Would probably need to draw a diagram to explain it properly. Can't say i noticed the biased commentary but i often struggle to work out who the hell is talking unless it is the unmistakable genius Justin Marshall.

Had the game on in the background but didn't get to catch too much of it. I bet the ref was shit though, or at least biased against the blues...
Collins was typically non-existent in attack.
I thought it was one of his better games actually.

Only other option I can think of is Heiden Bedwell-Curtis, who has already been in the squad. Unless Jed Brown or Dillon Hunt are eligible.
-
Dixon might be looked at as an option for the Maori no.7 as there are more options at 6/8 (Messam, Ioane, Prinsep). Pryor should definitely be in the mix too - he was part of the squad last year.
