So happy Robbie is back. 🙂

Also very happy that Robertson has gone with Hunt at 10. There's no way Blackadder would take a risk like that.

Pleased to see Hunt at first five. Let's hope he goes well, because I've got very little faith in McKenzie.

I know he was mostly at fullback in the NPC but did he get any starts for Ta$man at 10? How did he go?

I was one of the Auckland supporters who wanted him to get more opportunities back in 2015. But he didn't do well in his only start that year (a draw with Southland)

@Duluth Only one I can remember very clearly was the season opener vs Waikato, where Hunt played 1st five for Ta$man and I'm pretty sure Damien McKenzie played 1st five for Waikato.

Ta$man scraped home if that's any indication and I recall thinking Damien had a long way to go to be an AB first five. Can't remember much about Hunt - don't think he was brilliant. He may have got another start or two before Marty Banks returned from injury. And I'm pretty sure Marty missed another game somewhere - he seemed to be playing injured a lot of the time.

One of the Highlanders forwards/frontrowers just injured himself during warm-up. Looked like he won't be back. Couldn't see who it was; maybe Coltman?

It was Adrian Smith, the reserve hooker. Didn't get the name of his replacement.

Lentjens going off injured (shoulder); Evans replaces him after one minute.

Gotta love hearing me old mate Scotty Stevenson, always adds to the experience.

Some big hits coming in from Squire. He best be careful not to get the second red of the weekend if he slips high.

Penalty seemed a bit tough on Squire?

Fair enough, I don't mind something different every now and again.

Shit Squire best not be injured.

The Crusaders playing the better rugby, but that only means something if they can convert it into points.

Fekitoa would make a great NFL defensive player. He definitely wouldn't play offense.

Quote of the week for sure. He's been off the last few and with ALB and Ioane on the rise I don't see him getting too much time in Black.

Lovely try off the line out to the Highlanders, Evans in.

Unreal try from a lineout set play by the Highlanders.
T Brown's name stamped all over that!
