Kohli carelessly throwing his wicket away symptomatic of their whole approach?
They'll learn quickly. Doubt he will do that again with this total

The delivery that got Pujara was a fucking ripper. Just took off on a sweet spot in the deck and the poor bastard had very little chance to do something about it early in his innings. A little hesitant, it must be said
Kohli was out to a very poor shot in the worst ball of a good over.
Ashwin caught off the boot is a bloody slice of luck.
Great catching by Handscomb, too.
Wade got a good stumping, but still can't catch.

I've spent the last couple of weeks on the wind up with my Aussie club about the lack of real quality and character of Smith's , comfort stop, team. But that 105 business is the biggest fuck you to me and other doubting Thomas's ever.
A terrific piece of cricket. Brilliant cricket, india at home first dig and all that entails
Classic Aussie cricket with a back to a wall. fluffybunnies

Warne's not much of a soothsayer, is he? To be fair, he couldn't even predict the end of his marriage when everyone else could...

It's been a great test to watch so far - unless your an Indian fan, in which case I can only say 'suffer in your jocks lads'.
Our second innings has been particularly pleasing. I've seen games like this and with our ability against spin and a fired-up Indian side I was expecting us to be 6/50 and the game back on an even keel.
But Smith has batted very well and Renshaw, Handscomb and MMarsh have given good support. And the Indians have been fielding like shit.
The key is aggression IMO. I'm not one of the 'play your natural game and slog the shit out of it' guys, but on this pitch it seems you're never really in and there's a ball with your name on it just around the corner. So you have to get as many runs as you can before that ball arrives...
Hope we can push on today and set them 400+, but at home I'd never ever rule them out. Especially with Kohli in the batting lineup.

@barbarian would be more worried about Pujara - can bat for days. Got done by a beauty in the first innings, will need something similar in the second.

I wouldn't write off the injuns.. I can see them chasing 400 on their home turf..
