Oh for goodness sake. This is ridiculously officious. If you want to destroy the game, continue to have these trainspotting head prefects meddling. It destroys the flow of the game, it is totally subjective and you just know this is autistic legalistic idiocy from the self-protecting pedants at World Rugby.
