2 wins from 2 today from the Black Ferns 7s team.
They are looking strong and so is the Australian squad.
Not sure how the 3 groups will fall in terms of NZ, Aus and France but would be good if NZ v Aus is not destined to be a semi-final.

As long as NZ and Aust win their pools they will be on opposite sides of the draw.
NZ - Pool A
Aust - Pool B
France - Pool CSFs:

US women looked strong and on their day could challenge some of the more favoured teams.

@RoninWC You mean Curry? It did seem strange that Webber went from being only a travelling reserve to replacing the injured Ware in the starting team. It doesn't say much about the original team selection.
Yes, I meant Curry, thanks for picking that up.
And yes, the whole selection was an absolute mess for those games.

Pretty good game this between USA and France. Both play a pretty physical style.

Hiring card shouldn't have even had a chance to happen, about as clear as you can get from the Blyde cover tackle with the Chinese player not releasing the ball and just standing up.
One of the funniest moments for the Felix-Hotham try with the Chinese winger literally running away from her.
