Wallabies vs. Wales 2

Welsh lineout hurting them.
-
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKK

How hard is it to stand still until you're put onside? It's like they're trying to lose.
-
So frustrating Wales.

Very much self inflicted defeat, just some moronic decisions

As I said earlier, these are not Gatland problems
Players have to take responsibility for some shit basic skills and terrible decisions

OZ 36-28 Wales

Unless I am an idiot, there is no way that last Daugunu try should have counted. Williams came from outside the field of play, therefore has to catch it for play to remain live? He dropped it, so regardless of the fact Daugunu scored, should have been an Australia lineout?

Why would the officials look at stuff like that? They haven't all night

Well done OZ
Took all the chances we gifted you, and there were far too many.

Mind you, deserved a try with how poor the defensive effort was. Not sure Wales can blame the officials, Australia were all over them and just couldn't make it show.

He's gotta take some of the blame Mike.
He's selected 3 hookers on tour, all of them converted backrowers & none of them can consistently throw accurately. That's on him, it's all good building for the future but you need to ensure you can do the basics well.
He decided to take Ben Thomas off when he should've been moved to 12. -

Agreed on Thomas substitution but we didn't lose because of that. Subbing Bevan had more of an effect.

On the plus side, we've found our tight head prop. Griffin has come of age.
And we can put the Grady at 12 experiment to bed. Pound for pound the least impactful Welsh player since Derwyn Jones.
Winnett was rusty but grew into the match and showed he's our 15 going forward.
Thomas or Costelow is a tough one. I'd have Thomas. But I'd also happily have Costelow at 10 and Thomas at 12
