Lets see how long he lasts without injury again, but this kid is quick...156.7kph
"Mayank didn't get a single game at LSG over the past two seasons, largely because of injuries. He has now become the first player in IPL history to win two Player-of-the-Match awards in his first two matches."

For a guy that could have continued to travel the world getting to chat cricket for life, Michael Slater has just completely unravelled over the past few years.

30 minute doco on (Sir) Frank Worrell. More politics of colour than sport per se but still an interesting listen for the cricket tragic.

WHAT A GAME 🤯
With one ball remaining on day four, Glamorgan needed one run to pull off a world record run chase...
But a stunning catch from Gloucestershire keeper James Bracey saw the match end IN A TIE!
Gloucs: 179 & 610-5d
Glam: 197 & 592-10
And the final ball of the game:

James Anderson’s last test starts tomorrow (in spite of the fact he took 7-40odd last week for Lancs), feels like it’s too soon but it had to happen sometime. Some lovely tributes pouring out of the woodwork, but jeez I’ll miss that grumpy bastard running in for England.

Andersons longevity is absolutely extraordinary. He also went from being just a good fast bowler to a truly great one. One has to admire that. As Boult, Southee and Wags declined he got even better.
Paddles still took more 5fers in 101 less tests though
