Akira, Patrick and Clarke. Could have picked the fucking lot.
Akira was huge, that’s what the ABs will be missing. Fuck Hanson. Fuck Foster and a pre-emptive fuck you Razor.
Ted said Akira Ioane was the second most powerful ball-carrier he ever coached, behind Jonah the Great.
That's always been recommendation enough for me. Akira should have been a lynchpin of the AB forward pack for most of the last decade.

How the fuck do we pick 3 out of that performance haha.
Pat, Akira and AJ Lam.
Great to be lifting the trophy after many tough years, we were all there watching and moaning throughout the 2000s and 2010s as to when the tough times will end, and now here we are, with a lot of those players from previous dark times growing as players and taking us to glory. Awesome moment for us Blues fans.
Up the Blues!!!

Wow! Has Cotter changed the face of NZ rugby? He has brought the power game from the NH and simply destroyed the opposition. I think this is a cultural shift in NZ rugby. Notice how the gameplan nullified DMac? The NH will have been watching.
Tuipulotu, Akira, and Plummer! Egg on the face with Pat. T.
Akira seems the biggest victim of the Foster shithousery.
Plummer is the "claymore" to the DMac sabre. He needs to be in the ABs. -

@Tim and Razor do the right thing and give the man a black jersey 2 moro, move on from your mates
Doesn't sound like it's going to happen unfortunately. He'd rather select Cane which means Lakai misses out, he's going to select Sititi over Sotutu, Beaudy as a fb over Love, Bell as the third hooker over Riccitelli and he'll select Havili which means those more deserving (Proctor and Lam) will also miss out. To top it all off he's going to select Barrett over Savea as captain even when all the players clearly want Savea as their captain.
Wouldn't blame a lot of those players if they decided to leave. What more can they do to claim an AB jersey. We are going to be left with a bunch of has beens (Havili, Beaudy and Cane) rather than selecting a squad for the future.
