There needs to be something in between a Red and a Yellow Card. Otherwise no one will watch this game in ten years time.

But not in the Six Nations, other northern Hemisphere Rugby or the World Cup.

@sparky I’m sure the wailing will get louder the more red cards there are. They either move to a higher threshold for red cards, or they allow replacements for the dismissed players.
Outright thuggery can be dealt with via a very long ban.
Rugby needs to be 15 vs 15.
