SF - Wellington vs Shield Snorters
-
@Kirwan I don't think a team has ever been punished for damaging the Shield, have they? I mean, the team that took a bath with it, resulting in the wood starting to rot and leading to the old Shield having to be replaced, didn't face any consequences either. And that's just one example.

Nobody has ever split it in half, snorted drugs off it and took pictures celebrating both acts and posted them publically. It's a new low.

@Kirwan There's no proof that they snorted drugs or that it was players snorting drugs and taking pictures. As has been reported, there were several non-players present, including the female who's holding the phone with the pictures. I've seen no pictures of anyone celebrating the Shield breaking.

That comment indicates you have already convicted someone for something that might or might not have happened. I was unaware that you were a court judge in the NZ court system with the powers to convict someone that has not yet been arrested and without any actual evidence other that a photo that could have been doctored. Congratulations on your astuteness and clearvoiantness, you have saved the courts a lot of time and money that would have been spent in actually prosecuting the case

Still a weakness at 9 and 10. Morgan puts me off watching Wellington. Whereas Clarke, while certainly not perfect, was the opposite. As was Preston.

@Winger add in Julian Savea as a weakness, he was horrible last week. Dropped the ball about 4 times and looked sluggish.
Nice to see Asafo Aumua back in the side.
After last week's physical onslaught, I can see why we've gone with an extra forward on the bench.

@Machpants now don’t be surprised if he signs for them next year. 😂
