Also does anyone know what has happened to Kaleb Trask? I was pretty sure he was in the squad but is yet to be named in any game. Is he injured or gone?

@Midge someone said out for the season. No info is given from the union. Classic NPC lack of fan engagement

@barky1 That was me. IIRC it was mentioned by one of the radio commentators in week 1.

@mikey07 Tosi for sure. Not sure why he hasn't been given more minutes so far this season

Filipo gets the first try of the match. Lots of one off runners and no width before that final movement

Wellington have been able to rumble forward without much resistance in the last few minutes

Even though this isn’t the strongest Wellington team, they’ve got a great culture knowing that anyone who steps into the jersey will do the job, allowing us to rest and rotate.

Wouldn’t mind Shields at 6 for the Canes next year. He’s been bloody impressive since coming back into this Lions side. One of the more dominant forwards in this comp. We also have Caleb Delany but he’s in a cast atm and not sure how serious that injury is.

That try should seal the win and the bonus point for Wellington.

Yep and also Devan Flanders, Howden ,Iose for 6 or 8. As well as young ones like Lakai, and if they sign him Ropeti looks ok, but probably needs a few yaers yet.
