Tuipulotu still injured?
They seem reluctant to play AB XV players this week (Lio-Willie on the bench for Otago) so that might explain Ioane
Kalin Falise? Are there other lock injuries?
-
@Duluth its an interesting one , the only player i knew that was definetly injured was Tanielu Tele’a
Also Felise was’nt in the orginal squad , but was selected as loose forward in the Dev squad , so hes surpassed Sione Tuipulotu ,Fano Funaki ,Cowley Tuioti and Boston Schuster who are the Dev LocksCan only think that Patty T and Akira have not been released to play by the ABs and Annadale must be injured as well
Odd that they see Corey Evans as their starting fullback after one game ..do they not trust RTS ..? -
Just saw that RTS walking around the SCG celebrating 10 years since the Roosters won the premiership in 2013 so would that have something to do with his non selection?
-
@African-Monkey its all bloody odd 🤷🏻♂️
-
@Steven-Harris Patty said he's aiming for round2, and Akira had been with all blacks in camp
-
@KiwiMurph said in BOP v Auckland:
Vikena is a bit of a worry - plenty of talent but yet to kick on. Benched for Apisai. Yikes.
It’s a big year for him he really needs to make some progress
It’s surprising how little he has played.. 3 (interrupted) seasons only 8 starts. He started just over half the games last year but the two seasons before that were destroyed by covid.

@Steven-Harris RTS given leave to attend Roosters 2013 premiership winning team 10 year anniversary this weekend.
Akira, Patty, AJ still 'on ice' as per higher ups orders. Plummer pretty much demanded to play 12 for Auckland as that's where he wants to hang his hat for SR. So Zarn has insisted on playing 10 as that's where HE wants to play SR.
So question has to be asked are the inmates running the asylum? Personally I don't mind seeing the shuffling around. Esp RTS at fullback. -
