It's not really absurd, though. The Chiefs need four loose forwards and presumably Koloamatangi has been given a dispensation to play. He was an original squad member, Brown a later addition, and Messam presumably even later. So I can see why SANZAR would give the dispensation to Koloamatangi. He may not be the one Rennie most wanted, but it's not Dave's choice.

Given the Lambie situation, SANZAR are obviously being hardline on the rule and I haven't yet seen an inconsistency.

I would argue the fact they appear consistent in their approach to this is inconsistent with SANZARs previous actions in regard to anything..that said, it is more the stupidity of the rulings, not the consistency IMO.
-
Stormers 18 - 22 Chiefs.

Harris has a different playbook than everyone else? 2 throws to absolutely no one. -

Looked like a planned mover. Hurricanes and Highlanders do it on their own line.

Wow, terrible call from Peyper there as opposed to Joubert earlier. That try should've been a penalty.

I thought it was ok. Not held for me. Maybe you could say it was a crawl, but I don't think so. Should have gone to TMO to check not held though.
