Saw someone say that the Joker is the first in history to lead in points, rebounds, and assists during the finals. That's fucking mad.

Perhaps this is what they were referencing:

    That’s stoooopid !!!

I mean, it’s a great achievement, but you shouldn’t be penalised for sweeping someone…

Speaking of stats, there have been 5 different NBA champions in the last 5 years, and 4 first-time winners in the last 13 seasons.

Maybe signs that the draft system is working? Also there is so much money to be made outside of basketball contracts, the players don't necessarily feel the need to stay in big markets like they used to

'Man, we champs!': Why Denver's NBA title means more for these four vets

'Man, we champs!': Why Denver's NBA title means more for these four vets

Jeff Green, DeAndre Jordan, Reggie Jackson and Ish Smith are the epitome of wise NBA journeymen. And all four of them were able to savor the championship moment for the first time.

Although the players union have come out and said it’s way too harsh and “arbitrary”. Yeah nah.

    Big trade. Beal to Suns.

Some interesting parts to the trade.

Beal had a No Trade Clause and apparently turned down other trades.

Beal's agent is the father of the Suns CEO.

Wizards are an awful organisation - signed Beal to a Supermax and then trade him for pennies on the dollar.

Not great for the suns either. The no trade clause stays with his contract. The new CBA won't pan out well for top heavy salary teams. Can't see DA lasting much longer trade him for multiple pieces and play lansdale the Aussie. Boogie cousins as a bench piece or dwight on a minimum would be good to roll out as back up.

Interesting to see if Dame ends up in Miami and zion gets traded.

Doubt Dame gets traded but a real possibility that Zion joins Dame in Portland.

Who do NO get in return? Zion is such a talent, but such a lazy bastard. I bet Memphis are laughing about missing out on Zion, oh wait...🔫🔫

    Porzingis traded to Boston

Marcus Smart to Memphis as part of a 3 team trade with Boston/Memphis/Wizards.

Jesus, the Wizards are going to suck so bad next year. They know that Wemby is being drafted this year, right?

Smart will add some toughness, experience and character to Memphis. Maybe he can even rub off on Ja. Kristaps is looking every bit the unicorn. Not

Boston couldn't run it back so I understand why they made the move. It's a high risk high reward move to roll with Porzingis though.
