    Obviously this would be limited to the last 25 years or so.

    From NZ the likes of Beauden, Faumuina, Weepu come to mind.

    Kees Meeuws was one of the original bench impact players!

    Right, Captains: In no particular order and excluding anyone before the late '70;s

    Graham Mourie, Fitzy, Ritchie, David Kirk.

    Ritchie & Mourie for me. Both took teams which were in a bad place and brought to the very top,
